About Us
one team, three ways to build
Elegant Homes NSW is a Sydney building company working across new homes, knock-down rebuilds and custom designs. We’re based at 8/4 Whitehead Court, Glendenning, where we also run a display centre you’re welcome to visit.
We keep design, approvals and construction under one roof so you deal with one team from your first site visit through to the keys in your hand – not a design firm, then a separate builder, then a separate approvals consultant.
Elegant Homes NSW was registered in 2014, and our directors bring over 25 years of combined experience in the building and construction industry to every project we design and build.
How we work
what you can expect
Fixed-price contracts
You get a fixed price before you sign, not a rough estimate that grows once the build starts.
Approvals handled
We prepare and lodge your Development Application or Complying Development Certificate so you don’t deal with council directly.
One point of contact
The same team that designs your home builds it, so nothing gets lost between handovers.
Visit the display centre
See a finished home before you build. Our Glendenning display centre is open Monday to Friday, 10am-7pm, and weekends by appointment.
