Elegant Homes NSW designs and builds new homes across Sydney, the Hills District and Western Sydney. Everything is managed in-house by one licensed team, from the first site visit through council approvals to handover, so there is one company accountable for the whole build rather than a chain of subcontractors passing the job along.

We have been building in Sydney since 2014, trading as Elegant Homes NSW under PNP Constructions (NSW) Pty Ltd, Contractor Licence 249399C.

Build on a block you already own

Choose from our range of double-storey designs and we adapt it to your site. Each design is four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and every one of them can be modified.

Knock down and rebuild

Keep the street, the school catchment and the neighbours, and replace the house. We handle demolition approvals through to the new build.

A fully custom home

Modify one of our designs, start a new design from scratch with our design team, or bring plans from your own draftsperson or architect for us to price and build.

We build across the Sydney metropolitan area, with most of our work in Western Sydney and the Hills District. Our display centre is at 8/4 Whitehead Court, Glendenning NSW 2761, open Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and weekends by appointment.
